Men ____ + Women ____ + ??? = love N romance

I believed that most of you are familiar with Dr John Gray, the master guru in relationship between men and women and the differences in them. As I mentioned before, he is coming to Singapore next month to have a day seminar with us.

Maybe some of you are still debating if you should go or not - whether you should spend the time, money and effort to go for this seminar.

I managed to get this mp3 clip - an interview with Dr John Gray by Mr Anthony Robbins. Through this clip, Dr Gray mentioned some of the differences between men and women and how they rate each other during the course of the relationship. Dr Gray also shared his experience on what happened to his family and him that leads to him becoming the master guru in relationship.

For those of you who are not familar with Mr Anthony Robbins, he is the master guru for motivation and self improvement. His teachings in on how you can become very positive in your life and how to make your life as fulfilling as possible by focusing on your goals and overcoming all the challenges you face in your life.

To enjoy the interview, please click here.

For those of you who want to sign up for the seminar, please refer to my previous blog.

Someone had mentioned to me this before - if you want to be successful, then you must learn from successful people in order to achieve good results. If you learn from those people with average success, then you will also achieve average results.

So the choice is YOURS!!! Your future lies in your own HANDS!!! So what are you waiting for???

Our Lives = Fireworks????

Recently, I had been to the Singapore Fireworks Festival which is an annual event. There were a few fireworks shows held on different days and the fireworks was from various countries. The shows for this year last longer than previous years which was 15mins.

This event always attracts lots of crowds from all walks of life. Therefore, you can be expected to pack like a can of sardines being packed so tightly. During these 15mins, there were a lot of 'wows' among the crowd and lots of applauses.

After the 15mins, everybody dispersed and the place became quiet again. Then, this prompted one wondering ... ...

If you did a reflection of what you had seen during the past 15mins, then you realised that somehow or another, our lives seem similar to fireworks.

Why? Why?? Why???

In the show, you would get to see various types of fireworks - some shot up high, some shot up low, some are very colorful, some are only of one color, some exploded to full bloom, some only exploded to half bloom, etc.

This is similar like us. Some of us can achieve very high status in our lives, to be a well-known personality in our own field or in the public. Some of us want a simple life, a simple job and a simple family. Because of all these different goals that we have in our lives, the path we take are different too.

All of us have the same starting point but all of us end in different points. But all of us have the same similiarity and that is, our lives are short. Just like the fireworks that will disappeared in the sky within seconds and the sky become dark again.

The audience who are watching the fireworks would be like our friends, colleagues and relatives. They would be standing at one side watching our lives. If we achieve something that is admirable that they dont have, they would give you the 'wow' and applause, but when you are gone, they would be leaving too and continue their own path they lead.

So, dont waste your time and ask yourself what you want to achieve in your life - something ambitious or something simple? No matter what you want to achieve, make sure it be as bright as fireworks and be a part of the people's memory always!

Die without regrets and make sure that your life that you lead is the BEST!

Want to learn more about trading stocks? Or want to brush up your trading skills?

Are you a novice trader?

Or

Are you a seasoned trader?

Or

Are you keen in trading stocks but do not know the ropes?

No matter who you are, the Singapore Stock Exchange comes up with "The SGX Online Challenge".

This is actually a competition where you will actually do trading in real time for a certain period. You will be given "$80,000" as a form of capital to start your trading. At the end of the period, the person who earns the most profit will actually win the game and receive cash prizes.

You do not need to have any trading account to participate in this competition, but you must be above 21 years old. This competition is open for all and you do not need to pay any registration fees.

If you go for those trading seminars, you need to pay for those seminars. For those seminars that do not cost much, you wont get to learn much since it will be a very short seminar. For those seminars that cost much higher, you will learn a lot but you may not necessary willing to part your money for the high cost seminar fee.

Therefore this is a very good opportunity not to be missed. You can practise 'live' how to trade stocks and you will learn a lot from the mistakes that you make and yet it does not cost you any real dollars if you make a loss. There are also many tools for you to understand more on stocks trading and to assist you in deciding on the stocks to buy such as e-tutorials, research reports, weekly market commentary, etc.

There are many people who commented that trading in stocks are very risky and because of the high risk involved, a lot of people do not dare to trade in stocks as a form of their investment plan.

Actually, trading in stocks are not risky at all if you had done your homework thoroughly. This is the same logic as if you studied very thoroughly for your exam, then you will pass with flying colors. If you never studied or studied briefly, then there is a high risk that you will failed for your exam.

Why there are many people had their fingers burnt in the stock market is because they are speculators, not investors. Most of the time, they entered the market too late and the market price for that particular stock is going to reach its highest point. Therefore, there is a high chance that the stock price will plunged once it reached its highest point.

The stock prices for the stock market will always rise and fall all the times. It will never keep rising or never keep falling. Why those investors can earn so much money from the stock market because they did their homework. They always enter the market before the majority of the rest enter the market. Thus they manage to buy at low price and when the majority of the rest enter the market, the price will shoot high and the investors will gain from it.

Another reason that investors can earn so much money is that they are 'emotionless'. They never bring in their emotions when they enter the market. This means that before they buy any stocks, they will actually fix the price that they want to sell with this amount of profit. Similarly, they will also fix the price that they want to sell to stop their loss just in case they make a wrong move and invest wrongly. Because of this lack of emotions and supported with strong discipline, the investors can earn a lot from the stock market. Unlike speculators who always bring their emotions with them.

All of us are greedy by nature, therefore when prices increase, the speculators wont sell even though they will have profit as they are greedy for more and hope that the price will shoot up higher. When the prices decrease, the speculators wont sell even though they will suffer a loss because they hope that the price will increase tomorrow so that their loss will not be so great. Because of all these emotions, there are many people get their fingers burnt. Some people even need to declare bankruptcy because of the stock market.

So if you want to earn passive income through the stock market, this challenge organised by SGX will be a very good chance for you. Once you get a hands on training through this challenge and decide to invest in the stock market, please invest small first to get the experience first. Even though you only earn a small profit, but at least if you make a loss, the loss will be small too, so that it will not affect you greatly. Once you gain the necessary experience, then you can put in more capital and start to earn passive income.

Remember to sign up today! Its already opened for registration! Learn stocks trading today! And let money start flowing into your bank account in the near future!

Happy Investing!

Are U GaMe EnoUgh to StaRT the SpIRit of EnTrEprENueRShip??

From this week onwards, every monday at 8.30pm at Channel U, there is this show called "Taking off". This show is sponsored by ACE (Action Community for Entreprenuership) .

In every episode, the host will interview 3 entreprenuers and ask them questions like: -

- what inspires them to start their business?

- how long they plan before they start their business?

- what aspects of the business they need careful considerations?

- what problems they face?

- how much is their capital?

- etc.

Every week, they will focus on one industry. Yesterday episode is on the food industry. Next week episode is on the fashion industry.

Through this show, you get to learn from these entreprenuers what are the important aspects they consider for their business. This show is a good learning ground for those budding entrepreneurs and those people who want to start their own business.

Being an entrepreneur of your own, your job satisfaction will be much more greater than being an employee working for others. As an employee, your effort being put in may not be recognised or you are not being paid accordingly to the effort you put in. On top of that, you may even need to deal with the office politics which your company may have.

However, being your own boss, you make all the decisions for your business and you can witness the growth of your company. When your business take off and become stabilised, you will have a lot of satisfaction when you see profits keep on rolling in. You also help other families too by offering a job to your staff. On top of that, with your profits, you can do charitable causes for those who are in need. So both parties benefit - you yourself and the society.

Of cos, being your own boss, there are risks involved too, such as lost of capital if the business is not successful, lost of stable income for yourself, making wrong decisions for the company, the business does not have sufficient customers, etc.

Because of all these risks involved, many people are very reserved when it comes to entreprenuership. They prefer the easy way out and become an employee and be unhappy as it is not what they wanted.

But as a saying goes "No pain, No gain". "Failure is the mother of success".

If we dont try, how do we know that we cant do it? If we dont try, how do we know that we will not going to be successful? Do you want to lead a life with lots of complaints and unhappiness about your work? Or do you want to lead a fulfilling life to see your company growing and growing, even if you meet obstacles along the way?

'Its the first step that is the hardest to make, but once you make the first step, the rest of the steps will be easy to make'.

'Only through mistakes, then we get to learnt. So be prepared for it and learnt from it'.

'FEAR - False Evidence Appearing Real. So dont have fear in you, remove the fear and Just Do It.'

So what are you waiting for?

If being an entrepreneur is your dream and your goal, make your first step and GO FOR IT!

Opportunities are in your hand. Its up to you to hold it tight or let it go.

Take action now for yourself and contribute to the society.

If there is no entrepreneur, there will be no jobs created and the economy will also be affected.

Can you see how important are you?

So dont wait any further and make your first move!!!
